At ILOVEPARIZ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we have a clear and simple Refund and Returns Policy in place to provide you with a hassle-free solution. Our policy allows for returns within a specified timeframe, ensuring that you get exactly what you expect from your shopping experience.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Products should be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including all tags and packaging. Items that are marked as final sale or custom-made are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please carefully review the product description to confirm return eligibility before placing your order.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from returns, including sale items, gift cards, and any personalized or customized products. These items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. If you are unsure whether an item qualifies for return, please contact our customer service team for clarification.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@ilovepariz.net with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a reason for the return. Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions on how to send the items back. Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to return items. ILOVEPARIZ is not responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. In the case of exchanges, you will need to place a new order for the replacement item.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, you must return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
