7. Undelivered Packages
If your package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to claim the package from the courier, it will be returned to us. If the package is returned due to an error on our part, we will issue a refund. If the return is due to an issue with the provided shipping address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
